Octillion Capital GmbH as investor has build a trainee hostel and a boarding dormitory in Hamburg-Steilshoop for 8,49 million euros. The construction was supported by programs of the Federal State of Germany and the State of Hamburg.
42 trainee apartments are making a valuable contribution to ensuring the supply of demand-oriented and above all affordable housing for trainees in Hamburg. The dormitory is operated by the non-profit Megurim e.V.
The Hansa Residence guest house with 33 rooms will be used for the accommodation of advances training guests and other visitors. It is operated by Octillion Residence GmbH.
